Last night I had the chance to see some of the most crazy people in Austin. I went with some friends to the Carnaval Brasileiro 2005.

People in crazy costumes, people half naked, great music, lots of drumming… it was really nice.

Some tips if you want to go in the future:

– Get drunk before going there. The lines to buy alcohol are huge and slow and the drinks are expensive.

– Go with a lot of friends and mix with the crowd.

– Don't forget your digital camera.

– Dress for the ocassion. The crazier, the better.
